  • CaRaVaN at the Cube 2025

    Description:

    CaRaVaN Open Mic + Open Stage is an open mic for all artistic styles and skill levels. Musicians, poets, writers, comedians, magicians, dancers, and anyone else with something to say or do can sign up and hit the stage.

    CaRaVaN returns to Old Market Square for our 8th summer! We'll be at the Cube for 8 Monday nights from 7-10 PM (sign up at 6:30), starting June 23 after Winnipeg Jazz Fest and ending on August 25.

    CaRaVaN will take 2 Mondays off during this stretch: July 21 while the Winnipeg Fringe takes over Old Market Square (with a special booked 2 hour timeslot in the Fringe programming sometime that day) and August 4 for Terry Fox Day.

    Performing musicians get 2 songs (~10 minutes) and all other performers get ~5 minutes. Many of our 2025 summer open mics will be livestreamed: June 23, June 30, July 28, August 18, & August 25 (subject to change).

    From regular performers and audience members to those just wandering by Old Market Square and checking out a few performances, it's an anticipated recurring event for many in the Winnipeg arts community. We can't wait to see you all.
